What's your return policy?
- All merch is custom-printed to order and is considered final sale.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
What if something arrived broken / defective?
- We want your purchase to arrive in perfect condition - but if it doesn't, don't worry! You can get a free repair within 4 weeks of receiving the item. You can submit your claim by sending us an email (info@ariaandliam.com) with photos of the defective article and your receipt.
- If you're missing something altogether and suspect that your package was lost while on its way to you, please get in touch with us with any details before 4 weeks have passed since the estimated delivery date.
I don't like the product. Can I give it back?
- At our company, we value customer satisfaction above all else. We're sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your purchase, and we understand it can be hard when something doesn't fit as expected. However, because all of our products are custom-made, regrettably, refunds cannot be issued due to buyer's remorse.
However, it doesn't end there! Contact us no later than 30 days after receiving your product, and we'll work together to find an optimal solution that leaves no shopper unsatisfied.
